This past weekend, we had the honor of joining the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society’s (LLS) Keys to a Cure event, hosted at the Ferguson Showroom. It was a night filled with warmth, purpose, and generosity as over 200 attendees gathered to raise crucial funds to support the fight against blood cancers. We were thrilled to be a part of this meaningful evening, surrounded by community members who share our passion for making a difference.
A Visionary Mission
At the heart of the Keys to a Cure event is LLS’s Visionaries of the Year campaign, which recognizes community leaders as visionaries who see a better world—a world without blood cancers. Candidates in the Visionaries of the Year competition, along with their dedicated teams, raise funds in honor of local blood cancer survivors, or “Honored Heroes.” These visionaries compete to raise the most funds for LLS, with the top candidate in each community earning the Visionary of the Year title. The top candidate nationwide is awarded the national title, with funds supporting the pillars of Research, Patient Education & Support, and Advocacy.
Did You Know?
Since 1949, LLS has invested $1.7 billion in groundbreaking research, leading to some of the most innovative treatments for blood cancers today. Events like Keys to a Cure bring communities together to continue supporting this mission, helping LLS fund critical patient services and advance life-saving research.
Bungalow’s Touch
Bungalow was proud to contribute to the atmosphere of the evening. We brought a bit of our signature style to the event, creating a warm living room setup and a curated clothing boutique pop-up that invited guests to relax, connect, and enjoy the night. It was a wonderful feeling to see our pieces add to the welcoming vibe that made the evening truly special.
Highlights of the Night
The event was a resounding success, with 200+ attendees coming together to raise $20,000 toward research and patient services. As the night unfolded, guests enjoyed a raffle with a special twist—the chance to unlock one of several prizes. Congratulations to Keith, whose key unlocked the Bungalow prize box!
We left the event feeling incredibly inspired and grateful to stand with such an impactful cause. We extend our thanks to LLS for their visionary mission, to the dedicated candidates and teams who champion it, and to the incredible community that made this event possible. It was a beautiful evening of connection, community, and hope—a reminder that together, we can help build a world without blood cancers.
